Easton Is Sold To Race Face

BRG Action Sports to continue to focus on growing core product in Giro, Bell & Blackburn brands

SCOTTS VALLEY, Calif. — April 21, 2014 — BRG Sports, Inc.,

The terms of the deal were not disclosed and it is expected to be completed in the next 60 days.

party for the sale of Easton Hockey.
